Fanart ist aus rechtlichen Gründen ein schwieriges Thema, deshalb müssen alle Aufträge, die Fanart betreffen, individuell abgesprochen werden.Bitte achte darauf, dass Deine Anfrage für meine Art der Arbeit geeignet ist und zu meinem Malstil passt. Wenn du Dir unsicher bist, kannst Du gerne bei mir über DM oder Mail nachfragen! Generelle Informationen/
General information:

Bitte lasse mir eine klare Beschreibung von Deinen Wünschen zukommen, möglichst mit vielen Referenzen (zum Beispiel Fotos, Posen, Farben, Moodboards, Gesichtsausdrücke, Kleidung, Hintergründe, Stimmung, etc.). Umso mehr Referenzen Du vorlegen kannst, desto besser.Alle Aufträge werden digital mit Procreate gemalt. Du bekommst am Ende von mir die fertige, hochauflösende Datei des Bildes.Ich behalte mir das Recht vor einen Auftrag abzulehnen, wenn ich mich mit diesem nicht wohl fühle./Please send me a clear description of your wishes, if possible with many references (for example photos, poses, colors, mood boards, facial expressions, clothing, backgrounds, mood, etc.). The more references you can provide, the better.All commissions are painted digitally with Procreate. Zeit/time:

Ein Auftrag kann bis zu 8 Wochen bis zur Fertigstellung brauchen. Ich werde mein Bestes geben, Dir im Voraus eine ungefähre Prognose zu geben, wie lange ich brauchen werde. Wenn ich im Prozess merke, dass ich länger als 8 Wochen brauchen werde, informiere ich Dich rechtzeitig und wir können die Einzelheiten besprechen. Wenn Du eine bestimmte Deadline hast, BITTE teile mir das im Voraus mit!! Für Aufträge, die schnell gehen müssen, berechne ich mehr./A commission can take up to 8 weeks to complete. I will do my best to give you a rough estimate of how long it will take me in advance. If I realize in the process that it will take me longer than 8 weeks, I will let you know ahead of time and we can discuss the details. If you have a specific deadline, PLEASE let me know in advance!!! I charge more for commissions that need to be done quickly.

Überarbeitungen und Veränderungen/
Revisions and changes:

Während der Skizzierungsphase können alle möglichen Veränderungen und Überarbeitungen vorgenommen werden. Sobald eine Skizze von Dir genehmigt wurde, werde ich im Anschluss nur noch minimale Änderungen vornehmen. Große oder viele Veränderungen nach der Skizzierungsphase kosten extra.Ich werde Dich regelmäßig über meinen Prozess informieren, damit Du durchgehend kontrollieren kannst, dass Du auch das Ergebnis bekommst, was Du Dir wünschst!/During the sketching phase, all possible changes and revisions can be made. Once a sketch has been approved by you, I will only make minimal changes afterwards. Large or many changes after the sketching phase will cost extra.I will keep you regularly informed about my process so that you can check that you are getting the result you want!

Auftragsverwendung/
commission use:

Eine Auftragsarbeit ist ALLEIN FÜR DEN PERSÖNLICHEN GEBRAUCH GEDACHT. Keine Form der kommerziellen Verwendung des Kunstwerkes ist erlaubt (Außer, es wurde vorher anders abgesprochen).Alle Rechte und das Eigentum des Kunstwerkes bleiben beim Künstler. Das umfasst auch das Recht, das Kunstwerk auf Social Media zu veröffentlichen (z. B. um es für das Portfolio oder als Beispiel einer Auftragsarbeit zu verwenden).Du darfst Deine Auftragsarbeit auf Social Media posten, solange Du mich als Künstler angibst. Du darfst das Kunstwerk zuschneiden (um es zum Beispiel als Profilbild zu verwenden). Es ist Dir nicht erlaubt, das Kunstwerk auf irgendeine andere Art und Weise zu bearbeiten oder zu verändern./A commissioned work is INTENDED SOLELY FOR PERSONAL USE. No form of commercial use of the artwork is permitted (unless otherwise agreed in advance).All rights and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist. This includes the right to publish the artwork on social media (e.g. to use it for the portfolio or as an example of a commissioned work).You may post your commissioned work on social media as long as you credit me as the artist. You may crop the artwork (e.g. to use it as a profile picture). You are not allowed to edit or change the artwork in any other way.

Bezahlung/Payment:

Ich nehme nur Zahlungen per PayPal an.
Sobald ich Deinen Auftrag akzeptiert habe, schicke ich Dir eine Rechnung. Akzeptierte Aufträge können zu 50% im Voraus und die restlichen 50% nach Genehmigung der Skizze bezahlt werden. Solange ich keine Bezahlung erhalten habe, werde ich nicht anfangen zu malen!/I only accept payments via PayPal.
Once I have accepted your commission, I will send you an invoice. Accepted commission can be paid 50% in advance and the remaining 50% after approval of the sketch. As long as I have not received payment, I will not start painting!

Rückerstattung und Stornierung/
Refund and cancellation:

Wenn Du den Auftrag stornieren willst und ich noch nicht mit dem Malen begonnen habe, erhältst Du eine vollständige Erstattung. Wenn Du während der Skizzierungsphase stornieren willst, werde ich kalkulieren, wie viel ich Dir zurückerstatten kann, je nachdem wie viel Zeit ich bereits mit dem Auftrag verbracht habe.
Nachdem die Skizze von Dir genehmigt wurde, ist eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich./If you want to cancel the commission and I have not yet started painting, you will receive a full refund. If you want to cancel during the sketching phase, I will calculate how much I can refund you depending on how much time I have already spent on the commission.
After the sketch has been approved by you, cancelation is no longer possible.
